Thanks to funding from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) National Women's Health Research Initiative, the CWHHA’s Cardiovascular Health Hub is committed to improving the visibility and impact of women’s cardiovascular health research and practice throughout Canada.
Our mission is to foster the growth of future leaders in women's cardiovascular health.
In line with this mission, we are excited to announce the following award opportunities:

CWHHA Award Eligibility Criteria
Membership: Applicants must be current CWHHA members to apply. If you’re not currently a member, you can join by visiting our membership page.
Previous Award Recipients: Applicants who have previously received a CWHHA Award are not eligible.
Diversity: To encourage inclusivity, CWHHA will reserve at least 50% of all CWHHA award opportunities for individuals who identify as Indigenous, Black, a visible minority, part of a sexual or gender minority, living with a disability, and/or from an equity-deserving group.
